At Manuchar, we have a commitment to a strong ethical culture as a non-negotiable foundation of how we do business. Therefore, it is crucial for our company to have a robust reporting system that enables us to listen to anyone along our value chain about any non-compliance concern.
This is where Whistleblowing Platform comes into play!
Noticed or suspected any wrongdoing? SPEAK UP!
Our employees and the public can use this channel to report any known or suspected breach of applicable laws or regulations as well as of Manuchar’s Code of Conduct or other company`s policies. This includes serious workplace issues (e.g., harassment, discrimination, abuse of power, bullying), financial and auditing concerns, theft, and unsafe conditions, as well corruption, bribery, antitrust, trade sanctions ad export control violations, among others.Anonymity
This channel is a secure way to make confidential, and if so desired and allowed under local laws, anonymous reports. You have the option to provide your name and contact information or remain anonymous. All reports will be handled confidentially and securely.
Personal data
To better understand how personal data may be processed in the context of reports submitted through this channel, please consult our policies.
Our commitment
All reports made will be taken seriously and will be promptly and thoroughly investigated, based on the following pillars: confidentiality, impartiality and anti-retaliation.
To ensure that reports are ascertained effectively, it is important to include a clear description of the facts, including the name of the branch office, the period during which the facts occurred and, where possible, information on the sources of the allegations. Issues considered outside the scope of reportable conduct (see Manuchar Whistleblower Policy) will be forwarded to the relevant department for consideration.
Protection against retaliation
Manuchar does not tolerate harassment and retaliation against whistleblowers. We will take appropriate measures to protect those who have reported, in good faith, any concerns or violations of retaliation.
Tracking your reports may be relevant for several reasons:
1) You want to see the status of your report, to check if an action is being taken.
2) You want to provide additional information to your report.
3) System administrators may request additional information to help you resolve the problem or take appropriate action.
