Nybo Workwear's Whistleblower PolicyAt Nybo Workwear A/S, we are committed to fostering an open and trustworthy corporate culture, where everyone feels safe to report offenses, potential offenses, or serious issues within our company. This helps us maintain the high standards of quality and compliance we have set. As part of this commitment, we have established a whistleblower scheme, which can be used to report such violations and concerns.
At the bottom of this page, you can submit a report. Before doing so, we recommend reading our whistleblower policy.
Anonymous Reporting of Serious ConcernsThe whistleblower scheme is designed to bring attention to issues that might otherwise go unnoticed. Reports can be made confidentially by providing your name and contact information or completely anonymously.
All inquiries are treated with confidentiality and are secured.
Areas Covered by the SchemeNybo Workwear’s whistleblower scheme is intended for reporting suspicions, potential offenses, and serious concerns. Several categories of offenses can be reported through the scheme. However, HR-related matters cannot be reported through this system and should instead be discussed with your immediate manager, director, or HR department.
Handling of ReportsAfter submitting a report, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after submission. Nybo Workwear will assess the report, and it will then be subject to an investigation, the extent of which depends on the specific circumstances of the case. You will receive feedback within three months regarding the status of your report, including any follow-up actions taken.
All reports are handled with discretion to protect the whistleblower. If the initial assessment determines that the report is not covered by Nybo Workwear's scheme, it will not be processed further, and you will be informed accordingly.
Follow-upFrom this page, you can submit a new secure report or follow up on an existing one.
Follow-up on your reports may be necessary for several reasons:
- You wish to check the status of your report and confirm if any action has been taken.
- You want to provide additional information regarding your report.
- The system administrators have requested more information from you to help them address the issue or take appropriate action.
