Pleo's Whistleblowing Channel

Welcome to Pleo's Whistleblowing Channel. Through this channel we want to ensure that everyone has a confidential way to report any instances of suspected or actual misconduct within the company.

Who can file a report?

Pleo’s Whistleblower Policy extends to all employees and external third parties that are or were involved with Pleo in a business context. These third parties include:

Anonymous reporting of whistleblowing breaches

Through this page, you can submit information about reprehensible matters or report actions that are unethical, illegal or in violation of Pleo's Whistleblowing Policy. The scheme is to be used to bring matters to light that would not otherwise have come to light.
It can be reported confidentially with indication of name and contact information or, if desired, 100% anonymously.
All inquiries are treated confidentially and securely.

Create a report

From this page you are able to make a new secure report or follow up on an existing report.
Following up on your reports can be relevant for numerous reasons:
1) You wish to see the status of your report, to check if action is being taken.
2) You wish to provide additional information to your report.
3) The Investigations Council has requested additional information from you to help them resolve the issue or take the appropriate action.

How do I track my report?

After you file a report, you will receive a link that you can use to track the status of your report. You can also provide your email address to receive notifications on your case. The case handlers will not see your email address. Both options allow you to update your report with additional relevant information.

Is it confidential?

All reports through the Pleo Whistleblower Channel are handled securely and confidentially. You always have the option to make your report completely anonymous or with your name and contact information.
