RAAN GmbH - Whistleblowing Channel
Our company's top priority is to comply with legal regulations and internal rules.
To consistently meet this requirement, it is crucial to detect and prevent potential misconduct from our employees or business partners. Therefore, we've established an independent, impartial, and confidential whistleblowing system.
Through our whistleblower and complaints system, we aim to facilitate the anonymous reporting of human rights violations, environmental breaches, white-collar crimes, and any other unethical or illegal incidents. Your input can play a vital role in identifying and preventing misconduct early on, mitigating harm to all parties involved.
Submit a report:
Employees, business partners, customers, and other third parties can provide information about possible rule violations at any time and in various languages. This may include reasonable suspicions, knowledge of actual or potential breaches, and attempts to conceal such violations.
To ensure effective processing and investigation, it's essential to formulate the report as specifically as possible.
Tip: When reporting, consider answering the following five questions: Who? What? When? How? Where?
Please make sure that your descriptions are easy to understand for non-experts!
We understand the need for confidentiality, and if you wish to remain anonymous, rest assured that your identity will be protected. However, be cautious not to accidentally disclose your name in the report. We can communicate with you through our whistleblowing channels without knowing your identity. While your anonymity is respected, be aware that it may complicate the investigation.
