Start page of the Safeguarding reporting system of the OeAD

If you have noticed or experienced an alleged serious violation of the Safeguarding Policy of the OeAD as a participant in a measure funded by the OeAD, you can leave information about it here.

However, please keep in mind that your first contact person is the one of the funded measure/event you attended, unless the relationship of trust with the contact person is significantly disturbed.

You can submit a report in this reporting system of the OeAD via the button "+ Create new report" (below, anonymously or confidentially) or directly as an E-Mail message to safeguarding@oead.at (confidentially only).

Your comments on this electronic platform will be

recorded in a highly secure and certified system independent of the OeAD, and
will be forwarded via this system only to the OeAD staff in charge of processing the information and will be treated and processed confidentially by them.

All information you share with us using this reporting system is protected by this secure reporting system. No IP addresses are stored by the platform, data is encrypted end-to-end, and metadata is removed from any uploaded documents to protect your identity.
