Our whistleblower system offers you the opportunity to report misconduct, legal violations or illegal actions. Regardless of whether the incident occurred in one of our group companies or at our business partners in the supply chains.

We will treat your report confidentially. If you wish to submit a report anonymously, we will set up a specially protected mailbox for you on the whistleblower page, which you can then use to communicate with us. There is also the option of submitting anonymous inquiries to the compliance department on compliance-related topics if you are unsure whether misconduct has occurred.

As a whistleblower who reports possible violations based on concrete evidence, you are protected. At the same time, the presumption of innocence applies to the persons concerned, i.e. the persons accused of a possible violation, as long as the violation has not been confirmed. Misuse of the whistleblower system to make knowingly false reports may result in criminal and labor law action.
