TIWAG whistleblowing system

Compliance with laws, regulations and internal guidelines is a top priority at TIWAG-Tiroler Wasserkraft AG and is an essential guideline for our business activities. Any misconduct must be identified, clarified and remedied.

In addition, TIWAG and its subsidiaries offer the opportunity to report information about suspicions, violations of applicable law and attempts to conceal such violations that have already been committed or are very likely to occur. This contributes to economic success in line with social, legal, entrepreneurial and environmental responsibility.

For this purpose, TIWAG operates a whistleblowing system, which can be used to submit reports, either by name or anonymously. This whistleblowing system is located in a protected area outside the TIWAG systems.
