Tacton Systems AB Whistleblower Channel

Tacton Whistleblowing

Tacton strives for a company culture with open discussions, embracing differences and respecting one another’s opinions, and where dialogue is held if a potential problem arises within the organization.

The whistleblower is a procedure to raise concern about malpractice or illegal proceedings that should be used only when the usual channels are exhausted. Therefore, consider first whether things can be solved locally by contacting a people leader or the people experience representative, before having recourse to the whistleblower procedure.

Whistleblowing is meant for reporting any corrupt, breaches of law and crimes, bribery, fraud, embezzlement, conflict of interest, discrimination, or harassment related to Tacton’s operations.

Reports may concern Tacton’s staff, cooperation partners, suppliers and other actors or persons involved in activities related to Tacton’s operations. All reports are received by Tacton’s Investigation Group and assessed on a case-by-case basis. Tacton will investigate all reports with credible and adequate content.
