INTERNAL INFORMATION CHANNEL


The Internal Information Channel ("Whistleblowing Channel") is the preferred channel available to persons related to ULMA Packaging, S. Coop.  and/or its controlled companies, in their work or profession so that they can report information on actions or omissions constituting a criminal, serious or very serious administrative or criminal offence in Spain (including breaches of European Union law), as well as material breaches of the rules set out in ULMA's Compliance System, as applicable.


This channel is managed internally in accordance with the general principles established in our General Policy regarding the Internal Information System, which can be  consulted hereThese principles include security, confidentiality, protection of personal data and respect for the guarantees of those involved and the applicable regulations, as well as the need for the informant to act in good faith and with an honest awareness that serious harmful events have occurred or may occur.

The communications received will be processed in accordance with the Information Management Procedure, which can be consulted here. As indicated in this procedure, communications may be made anonymously.
