This Channel allows the submission of complaints, by employees and third parties, of situations that constitute infractions typified in Law 93/2021, of 20 December.

This Whistleblower Channel allows the reception of complaints anonymously, or with the Whistleblower's identification, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the Whistleblower's identity.


The Company guarantees impartiality, accuracy, exemption, and equal treatment of complaints, whether the complaints have been presented anonymously or with the identification of the Whistleblower. To this extent, the whistleblower will have legal protection and will be able to fully exercise the legal rights, regardless of the way in which the complaint is presented. Therefore, if the Whistleblower has chosen to file a complaint expressing the identity, the Company guarantees, for all legal purposes, that the Whistleblower will not be subject to any act of retaliation under the terms of article 21 of Law 93/2021, of 20 December.


Through this Whistleblowing Channel, the  Whistleblower can file complaints, provide follow-up or additional clarifications, communicate with those responsible for handling the complaint, and monitor the handling of the complaint, in a safe and confidential manner, without compromising Anonymity, the Confidentiality of the Whistleblower's Identity and of the content of the complaint filed.
