As an employee, former employee, or other interested party, you can report serious matters anonymously and/or confidentially if you have reasonable suspicion of such matters.
Anonymous and/or confidential reporting of serious matters
Through this platform, you can submit information about reprehensible matters or report actions that are unethical, illegal or in violation of company policies. The scheme is to be used to bring matters to light that would not otherwise have come to light.
Reports can be submitted either confidentially (which may require some identifying information) or, if desired, 100% anonymously.
All reports are treated confidentially and securely.
For more information, please refer to the What to know before reporting tab.
People and Culture (HR) related matters
While HR related matters can be reported using this platform, they may be handled using standard internal processes and procedures when appropriate. Individuals are encouraged to discuss any HR-related issues with their immediate manager or a member of the People and Culture team.
Following up on your reports can be relevant for numerous reasons:
1) You wish to see the status of your report, to check if action is being taken.
2) You wish to provide additional information associated with your report.
3) The Whistleblowing Officer or Case Handler has requested additional information from you to help them resolve the issue or take appropriate action.
