Welcome to our Internal Whistleblowing Channel

In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, the Andrea Bocelli Foundation, Ente Filantropico, has established its internal whistleblowing channel.

As defined in article 3 of the aforementioned Decree, all employees (including self-employed persons, associates, consultants, etc.) are encouraged to report any wrongdoing or suspected wrongdoing, either in written or oral form, always maintaining strict confidentiality. Reports may also relate to potential illegal activities based on reasonable beliefs supported by concrete, accurate and consistent evidence.

Reports may only be submitted by eligible individuals and should only relate to violations of national or European Union regulations observed in the course of work that are detrimental to the interests or integrity of the Company.

You can submit reports through this platform, which uses secure protocols and encryption tools to ensure the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity. Each report is assigned a unique identification code that allows you to track its processing status and receive related communications.

Alternatively, reports may be sent by mail to the Whistleblowing Function of the Bocelli Foundation (details are provided in the Whistleblowing Handling Procedure in Section 6, How to submit internal reports), or in written or oral form through this platform.

Reports can be made confidentially, with name and contact information, or anonymously. You can track your report to check its status, provide additional information, and see if the system administrator requires more details to resolve the issue or take appropriate action.
