You can report serious issues anonymously or even if you have a reasonable suspicion about those issues.

Through this page you can send information on reprehensible issues or report actions that are unethical, illegal or in violation of internal policies.

This page must be used to bring to light issues that would not have come to light otherwise. Human resources issues cannot be reported through this system, but should be discussed with your immediate superior, manager or human resources officer. The report can be made confidentially with the indication of the name and contact information or, if desired, 100% anonymously.

All requests are treated confidentially and securely.

From this page, you can make a new secure report or follow up on an existing report. Following up on your reports can be relevant for a number of reasons:

1) You want to see the status of your report, to see if action has been taken.

2) You want to provide additional information to your report.

3) System administrators have requested additional information from you to help them resolve the issue or take appropriate action.
