This is where you can report unlawful conduct or compliance concerns in relation to Bending Spoons.

Matters that can be reported
You may report any conduct relating to Bending Spoons S.p.A. or its affiliates that violates applicable European, national, or local laws, including unlawful conduct under Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 or violations of the organization, management, and control model (Model 231) or the Code of Ethics. Examples include the following:
- Acts of bribery
- Computer crimes
- Crimes of copyright infringement
- Procurement fraud
- Serious breaches of work safety
You may also report accounting complaints relating to Bending Spoons S.p.A. in accordance with Rule 10A-3(b)(3) of the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Examples include the following:
- Fraud against investors, securities or banking fraud, or fraudulent statements to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
- Violations of SEC rules and regulations or other applicable laws relating to financial reporting, accounting records, internal controls, or audits
- Fraud or misconduct in the preparation, evaluation, review, or audit of financial statements
- Significant deficiencies in, or intentional noncompliance with, internal accounting controls
- False or misleading statements in financial records or reports, or in audit reports
- Materially inaccurate or incomplete reporting of Bending Spoons’ operating results or financial condition
Reports may concern matters that have already occurred or that the reporting person reasonably believes may occur in the future.
Content of reports
A report should, to the extent possible, include the following information:
Your name and your relationship with Bending Spoons (unless you choose to submit the report anonymously)
The identities of the individuals involved, or information that may help identify them
The identities of any other persons, such as witnesses, who may provide relevant information concerning the report
A clear and comprehensive description of the reported facts, including relevant dates, times, and locations
Any supporting documentation
Any other relevant information

Every report is treated confidentially.

You will receive confirmation of the successful submission of the report within seven days.
