If you intend to submit a whistleblowing report, please first read the information below.
Any conduct that violates the European and Italian regulatory provisions, including illegal conduct under Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 or violations of the organization, management, and control model (231 Model) or the Code of Ethics of the Bending Spoons S.p.A. company or one of its subsidiaries may be reported.
Whistleblowing reports may concern violations committed and also violations not yet committed, if the whistleblower has reasonable grounds to believe they could be committed.
The following are a few examples of violations that can be reported:
Acts of bribery
Acts of unauthorized access to computer systems of third parties, such as providers
Acts of copyright infringement
A whistleblowing report should, to the extent possible, include the following information:
Your name and position within the company (assuming you don’t submit it anonymously)
The identities, or information that can help determine the identities, of the individuals involved
The identities of anyone else, such as witnesses, who may provide relevant information concerning the report
A clear and comprehensive description of the incident or incidents being reported, including times and places
Any supporting documentation
Any other relevant information
Every whistleblowing report is treated confidentially.
You also have the option to submit your whistleblowing report anonymously.
You’ll receive confirmation of the successful submission of the report within seven days.
