The Organization shall ensure that no type of reprisal occurs against those who have raised their queries, complaints or complaints in good faith. If it is confirmed that such persons have been subject to reprisals, the perpetrators of such reprisals will be investigated and, where appropriate, sanctioned. Proportional measures will also be established on possible complaints that are determined to be malicious or manifest falsehood.

The filing of a query or complaint implies, after its classification and acceptance, the receipt of it by the corresponding collegiate body, which will analyze its content, determine the existence of reasonable evidence to support it and, in this case, initiate an investigation to determine the measures that may be necessary to adopt, including possible sanctions.
