Whistleblowing Channel
All the people who make up the FLEX GROUP, in addition to complying with the legislation and regulations in force at all times, are governed by the set of rules, values, principles and ethical rules set out in its Code of Conduct with the aim of serving as a guide to any type of situation that may arise in the context of their management to the members of its Administration, Management and Staff.
With the implementation of this Complaints Channel, which is integrated into the FLEX GROUP's Internal Information System, we intend to make this the preferred channel for both staff and third parties to report on any situation that violates applicable legislation, as well as the norms, values, principles and ethical rules contained in the Code of Conduct or in any other type of internal regulation or procedure of the FLEX GROUP.
Guarantee of anonymity, non-retaliation and principle of good faith
This Complaints Channel allows the communication of information on the offenses mentioned in the previous paragraph anonymously or with identification, and guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the informants and of any other person who, if any, is mentioned in the communications, as well as the actions taken in the management and processing of the same.
From the companies that make up the FLEX GROUP, we do not tolerate any form of retaliation, including the threat or attempt of retaliation, or negative consequences against the informant for carrying out, in good faith, honestly and responsibly the communication.
In this regard, we recall that good faith is the expression of civic behavior and is opposed to other actions such as the submission of false or distorted information, as well as those that have been obtained illegally, actions that constitute a serious violation of the legislation and policies of the FLEX GROUP.
Excluded issues
Issues related to Human Resources
Issues related to a dispute or complaint at work, with peers, superiors or staff in charge, are excluded from the scope of this Complaints Channel, which must be raised through the usual channel, initially resorting to hierarchical or functional channels, and after this step has been exhausted to the Human Resources Department
Requests for information on the tracking of orders and the filing of complaints relating to them and to the products manufactured and marketed by the companies that make up the FLEX GROUP are excluded from the scope of this Complaints Channel, which must be sent through the specific channels enabled for this purpose.
Communications exercising data protection rights, which must be sent through the specific channels enabled for this purpose, are excluded from the scope of this Complaints Channel.
Privacy Policy
FLEX EQUIPOS DE DESCANSO, S.A. with registered office in Getafe (Madrid), Calle Herreros 43, Polígono Los Ángeles, CP 28906 and NIF A82452566, is responsible for the processing of the personal data of the informant provided, which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, with the objective of receiving and duly processing the communications of information made through this Complaints Channel. Their treatment is therefore necessary for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the Data Controller and they will be kept for the time necessary to comply with that obligation. Whoever reports has the right to request access and its rectification or deletion, or the limitation of their processing or opposition to it, as well as the right to the portability of such data and not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects or significantly affects them. The identity will in any case be reserved and will not be communicated to the people to whom the facts related refer or to any third party. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
