In accordance with the provisions stated in our "Internal Reporting System Policy," you may report in good faith and confidentially any fact or conduct related to the activity and operation of the Corporation that, in your opinion, may constitute a violation of European Union Law, a criminal offense, a serious or very serious administrative offense or a violation of the CORES Code of Conduct.
Next, you will access a form that will allow you to submit information in writing or verbally, providing your personal information or completely anonymously. This information will be treated confidentially by the individuals appointed by CORES for its management. Please ensure that you carefully save the access code provided to you at the end of the process, as without it, you will not be able to follow up on the case.
The CORES Internal Reporting Channel is managed through the Whistleblower Software online platform, which is adapted to the requirements of Law 2/2023, dated February 20th, and has the corresponding security measures to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of data processing and process management.
