Welcome to the ELIX Polymers Whistleblower Channel.

As an employee or person outside the company, you can report serious matters, or if you have reasonable suspicion of them, nominally or anonymously.

Through this page, you can send all the information you deem necessary about reprehensible matters or report actions that are unethical, illegal or that violate our company policies or current legislation. Next, you will have a tool that will allow you to specify in detail the reason for your complaint or information.

You can report confidentially by indicating your name and contact information or, if you wish, 100% anonymously.

All inquiries will be treated confidentially and securely, as established by Spanish regulations, Law 2/2023, of February 20, which regulates the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and violations against corruption.

Through this page you can securely create a new report or follow up on an existing report: knowing the status of your report to check if action is being taken; providing additional information to your report; and/or responding to system administrators who may request additional information to help resolve the problem or take appropriate actions.
