ACCUMIN makes available to all employees, external persons, whether customers, suppliers, subcontracted companies, other collaborators, and anyone with a legitimate interest in good faith, a confidential and secure Whistleblower Channel, through which to inform ACCUMIN of any conduct that, by action or omission, may be contrary to the Law, internal regulations -especially the Code of Ethics- and/or to other regulations that apply to the Group, which may constitute a violation of the matters detailed in Annex I of the Protocol for the Management of the Complaints Channel and Internal Investigations (included in the attached page of this channel)
All ACCUMIN employees have the duty to immediately report any action suspected of involving a violation or malpractice, so that the problem is known and ACCUMIN can put in place the means to solve it, and to collaborate in the internal investigation process that may result from the facts reported.
Communications made through this Channel must be truthful, in good faith and complete. If the submission of a complaint of facts is assessed with knowledge of its falsity or with reckless disregard for the truth, criminal, civil or administrative liability may result in accordance with the provisions of the Act, as well as the application of appropriate disciplinary measures and sanctions.
All communications received through the Whistleblower Channel will be treated in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, anonymity and non-traceability -if the Reporting person has opted for anonymity-. In addition, ACCUMIN expressly prohibits any type of retaliation against good-faith Whistleblowers.
The Whistleblower, whether he or she chooses to identify himself or to remain anonymous, may, by means of an access code that will be automatically provided to him or her when accessing the ACCUMIN Complaints Channel:
- Review the status of your complaint;
- Communicate with the Manager and the Instructing Body through the Whistleblower Channel chat and read the communications;
- Provide more information or evidence through the Whistleblower Channel chat;
- Know the result of the research.
For more information, the Group has published a Policy on General Principles of the Whistleblowers and Whistleblower Protection Channel (included in the attached page of this channel), which sets out the general principles applicable to the management of communications received through the Whistleblower Channel, and the guarantees of protection for whistleblowers.
The Whistleblower Channel is not the appropriate way to contact the Data Protection Officer, to submit complaints or complaints to the Customer Service or on any issue related to the scope, content and/or compliance with the Internal Regulations on Conduct of the Appraisal Companies belonging to the Group. For these cases, the channels enabled on the different corporate websites of the Group's companies will be used.
