The Ercros channel for filing complaints

The ethical channel is the tool available in Ercros for filing complaints about alleged well-founded and significant breaches of the rules included in the ethical code of conduct that anyone notices within the company, whether they are exercised by other people for themselves or for the company.

The compliance committee, by delegation of the audit committee, is responsible for managing complaints that arise about possible violations of the code of ethics through the ethical channel.

This channel complies with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, which regulates the protection of individuals who report regulatory and anti-corruption violations, and other applicable legislation.

Security for the whistleblower

All communications made through the ethical channel are confidential and, if desired, anonymous. The complainant is protected from any type of reprisal and investigations into the complaint are carried out objectively, discreetly and diligently.

To ensure the confidentiality and, where appropriate, the anonymity of the complainant, Ercros uses an external platform (Whistleblower software), whose function is to receive and process communications between the complainant and the Ercros compliance committee. In such a way that, if the complainant so wishes, at no time during the process is there direct contact between the two parties.

Nothing related to the complaint is recorded on the Ercros website, since the platform is hosted on secure external servers and is not part of the Ercros website.

What can you report about?
