Introduction to the COMPAC® Group Ethics Channel

Through its Ethics Channel, COMPAC® Group has an Internal Information System ('SII') that facilitates the reporting of information or complaints, in compliance with the regulatory framework established by Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting violations of Union law and its transposition into the different regulatory instruments of the Member States, constituting an instrument fundamental in the fight against corruption, fraud and related crimes, and a particularly important role in the detection and prevention of irregular or illegal activities.

The Ethics Channel is managed internally and independently by COMPAC® Group, in accordance with the principles established in our Ethics and Essential Principles Channel Procedure. These principles include accessibility, good faith, whistleblower protection, confidentiality, objectivity, impartiality and transparency.

If you wish to denounce through this Ethics Channel any possible infringement of the provisions of Directive 2019/1937 or any of the transposition rules, as well as other behaviors, click on “Create a new complaint”. This communication will be processed in accordance with the Ethics Channel Procedure and the Fundamental Principles.

We recall that, without prejudice to the possibility of using this internal channel for its communication, you can also access the external information channels created by the public authorities for this purpose.

The data collected through the Ethical Channel of the Compac® Group will be treated by Compac Corporate, S.L. as responsible for the treatment. In cases where Spanish Law 2/2023 applies, the data collected in the SII will be processed by the Management Body of Compac Corporate, S.L. and by the Company itself, acting as joint data controllers.
