ESIC Universidad / ESIC Business & Marketing School

Infringement Reporting Channel (Whistleblower Channel)

As a whistleblower, you can report serious matters of which you have or have had knowledge or reasonable suspicions.

Reporting issues
Through this page, you can make a communication about issues or report actions that are unethical, illegal or violate ESIC's internal policies. This system should be used to bring to light issues that otherwise would not have come to light. You can report confidentially by providing your name and contact information or, if you wish, 100% anonymously. All enquiries are handled confidentially and securely.
From this page, you can make a new report or follow up on an existing one.

Following up on your reports can be relevant for a number of reasons:
1) You want to see the status of your report to see if action is being taken.
2) You want to provide additional information to your report.
3) System administrators asked you to provide additional information to help them resolve the problem or take appropriate action.

HR-related issues
Issues relating to human resources related breaches can be reported in this system, although, once initially analysed, they may be referred to the HR manager for further processing.
