Rialto Living's Ethical Channel

Through this tool, you can inform and report any irregular conduct that you are aware of, that involves a violation of the Rialto Living Code of Ethics, its Regulatory Compliance Management System or any internal regulations on ethics and compliance, as well as:

• acts or conduct that may have criminal significance;
• serious or very serious administrative offenses;
• actions or omissions that may constitute violations of European Union law under Law 2/2023, or
• any other type of irregularity that may entail liability for Rialto Living.

You can also ask questions or clarify doubts about it.

This tool allows you to submit communications anonymously. Otherwise, if you choose to identify yourself, the information will be treated confidentially and securely.

You can also follow up on the communications and inquiries you have made.

In addition to this internal Channel, you can submit your communications, once constituted, to the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority.

If these are facts that may have criminal relevance, you can also contact the police, fiscal or judicial authorities.
