Aena has a Complaints Channel through which both employees and third parties can report or report, in good faith, breaches of current legislation or that violate its Code of Conduct.
In addition, you can submit information or complaints about sexual and/or sex-based harassment, and workplace harassment, which will be processed in accordance with their own procedures.
The Complaints Channel is also the instrument for making inquiries regarding the interpretation and application of the Aena Code of Conduct, including inquiries about potential conflicts of interest.
The information, complaints and queries received will be treated securely and confidentially, guaranteeing the protection of informants, the integrity of the information, the processing of personal data and the adequate management of possible conflicts of interest, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023 and in the Documentation of the Aena Internal Information System.
This Complaints Channel applies to Aena S.M.E., S.A., Aena Desarrollo Internacional S.M.E., S.A., Aena Sociedad Concessionaria del Aeropuerto Internacional de la Región de Murcia S.M.E., S.A.
What should NOT be communicated through this Channel?
Issues such as complaints, complaints and suggestions from passengers, services and parking, requests for environmental information or requests to exercise data protection rights and any other issue for which there is a specific channel.
If your communication relates to any of these matters, you must submit it through the Procedures and Complaints section of the Aena website.
Likewise, interpersonal conflicts should not be communicated through this channel, as well as information that is completely available to the public or constitutes mere rumors; in the terms provided for in current legislation.
Therefore, communications that are not the subject of this Channel will be inadmissible for processing.

Information on the Processing of Personal Data
Data Controller: Aena S.M.E., S.A.
Purpose: To prevent, detect and correct breaches of the current regulations or internal regulations of the Aena group, as well as to process and investigate the complaint, in accordance with the provisions of the Codes of Conduct, based on compliance with legal obligations (art. 31 bis of the Criminal Code and Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption) and Law 10/2010, of April 28, on the prevention of money laundering and funding of the terrorism).
