Law n.º 93/2021, of December 20th, established the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers of Infractions (Regime Geral de Proteção de Denunciantes de Infrações = RGPDI) transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of October 23rd, 2019, concerning the protection of persons who denounce violations of EU law.


The RGPDI provides for admissibility mechanisms and procedures applicable to complaints of violations, made based on information obtained in the scope of professional activity, as well as the measures to protect whistleblowers.

Anonymous reporting of serious situations

On this page, you can submit information about reprehensible situations or denounce actions that are unethical, illegal or that violate our internal policies. This channel should be used to reveal situations that would otherwise not be identified.

Reports can be made confidentially, indicating the name and contact information or, if you wish, completely anonymously.

The complaints will be received by a team from the Quinta do Lago Group, which will follow up on the process of handling and analysing the complaints received.

All queries are handled confidentially and securely by a team of Quinta do Lago Group.

The record of complaints received will be kept for at least a period of five years or longer in case of pendency of judicial or administrative proceedings relating to the complaint.

Personal data that are clearly not relevant to the handling of complaints will not be retained and will be immediately deleted.

On this page, you can safely file a new report or follow up on an already made report. Tracking your reports can be relevant for several reasons:

1) You may want to check the status of your report to see if action have being taken.

2) You may wish to provide additional information regarding your complaint.

3) System administrators may need to ask you for additional information to help them resolve the issue or take appropriate action.
