As evidence of Bodegas Emilio Moro's commitment to legal compliance and good business practices in the wine and wine tourism sector, we provide you with a transparent and confidential information channel, enabled in compliance with Law 2/2023 of February 20, which regulates the protection of people who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.
What can be reported?
Actions or omissions that may constitute a violation of the legal system, suspicion of irregular conduct, bad practices and any violation of the obligations established in our Code of Ethics, as well as of the Winery's general principles and rules of conduct.
The use of the Complaints Channel requires good faith by users, and its use for other purposes that do not generate legal breaches or customer complaints, which must be managed through the channels established for this purpose, is excluded.
The communication of false facts, contrary to good faith, may result in disciplinary measures in accordance with the current Collective Agreement.
How to send a communication?
For the proper use of the Channel, we recommend describing the facts as precisely as possible, indicating the departments or people affected and the date of commission of the incident to be reported.
This Complaints Channel ensures the protection of the privacy of the people involved and the confidentiality of the data contained in the complaint, and the complaint can be made anonymously if the complainant deems it appropriate. In addition, in compliance with current regulations, the absence of reprisals against people who make good use of this Channel is guaranteed, while respecting the rights of informants.
How to follow up?
The system will generate a reference number that can be used to check the status of the processing of the case.
