ITI WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL

Through our Complaints Channel, you can report any irregularity or violation and, in particular, facts that potentially have criminal implications or are contrary to the ITI Code of Ethics.

The ITI Whistleblowing Channel strictly complies with Law 2/2023, of February 20, which regulates the protection of individuals who report regulatory and anti-corruption violations.

This way, you can choose to submit your report completely anonymously or submit your report non-anonymously.

In both cases, your report will be treated as confidential. Therefore, in the event that you choose to file a non-anonymous report, the person to whom the facts you report refer will not be informed about your identity.

In any case, if you have been the victim of crimes such as sexual harassment, degrading treatment, etc., we advise you to file the complaint not anonymously, since otherwise, we will hardly be able to protect you as a victim and investigate the facts reported. Remember that your report will be treated as confidential.

On the other hand, you can choose which people receive your report. There are 3 people in the Management Team of the Complaints Channel and by default it would reach 3. However, the complaint form allows you to exclude any of these people, even 2 of them.

In addition, the complaint form gives you the option to report the facts orally, instead of in writing, by sending an audio. In this case, we inform you that your voice will be automatically distorted to hide your identity.

If, on the other hand, you prefer to file your complaint in person, you can access the complaint form and, in the “Description” section, indicate that you are requesting a face-to-face meeting for this purpose.

Finally, we inform you that you can also submit your complaint to the competent authorities and, in particular, to:

In the event that your complaint contains personal data, you can find information regarding its treatment in the following tab.
