Law no. 93/2021, of December 20, established the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers of Information - RGPDI, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report violations of Union law.


The RGPDI provides for the mechanisms of admissibility and procedures applicable to complaints of infringements, carried out on the basis of information obtained in the scope of professional activity, as well as measures to protect whistleblowers.


On this page, you can submit information about condemnable situations or report illegal actions or that violate internal policies of the Nabeiro Group. This Whistleblower Channel shall only be used to reveal situations that would otherwise not be disclosed.

Complaints can be made confidentially, indicating the name and contact information or, if you wish, completely anonymously.

All consultation requests are handled confidentially and securely by the Nabeiro Group.
