Whistleblowing Channel Grupo Comansa
Grupo Comansa provides its stakeholders with a confidential channel to report possible breaches of the Ethical and Conduct Code. This channel serves as an internal communication mechanism within the Penal Compliance Management System in accordance with the UNE 19601:2017 standard. It constitutes an active part of our continuous improvement as a group.
Communications submitted through the channel should pertain to acts or behaviors related to the scope of the Ethical and Conduct Code.
Anonymous Reporting
You can report confidentially by providing your name and contact information, or if you prefer, you can report completely anonymously. All inquiries are treated confidentially and securely.

It is important to remember that the reporting channel should be used responsibly and ethically to address serious issues involving violations of policies, laws, or codes of conduct. Using it for inappropriate or malicious purposes can have negative consequences for both the person making the report and the individual or entity being reported.
