DIAGONAL PLAZA GROUP (hereinafter DIAGONAL PLAZA GROUP or the Group) enables this Ethical Channel to report possible regulatory breaches, as well as questions or queries regarding Compliance.

Specifically, through this Channel you can communicate:

Any contingency that could pose a risk to the Group's reputation.

Any non-compliance with the Code of Ethics or the other internal regulations, processes and controls that make up the Grupo Diagonal Plaza Compliance System.

Any violation of applicable legislation in force (specifically, criminal or administrative breaches, such as situations of harassment at work or because of sexual orientation, expression and/or gender identity).

Questions or queries regarding the application of the Compliance System.

Behaviors and practices that generate interpersonal tensions. However, these behaviors do not fall within the material scope of Law 2/2023, so they will be processed in a timely manner by the Human Resources department.

In any case, the content of the communication must be related to behaviors or acts committed by employees, and third parties with whom GRUPO DIAGONAL PLAZA relates or links professionally.

You must not use the Ethics Channel to falsely accuse other people and you must not provide false information, its misuse may be sanctioned.

All communications will be treated confidentially and securely. Information will be encrypted to ensure that it is sent with the highest standards of privacy and security.
