The Correos Group Ethics Channel is a communication channel for publicizing possible breaches of our General Code of Conduct as well as those actions or omissions that could constitute regulatory violations in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, which regulates the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and violations against corruption.


Communications will always be treated confidentially.

Anonymous communications may be sent.


The use of the Ethical Channel requires users to act in good faith. The information you provide through the Ethics Channel must be truthful and exclusively related to an action or omission that may constitute a legal violation or a breach of our General Code of Conduct.


The regulations guarantee the absence of reprisals against people who make good use of the Ethical Channel, respecting at all times the rights of people who contact us, but it also establishes sanctions for cases in which it is used in bad faith, such as to communicate false information.



Through the Ethical Channel we can:



The use of the Ethical Channel for other purposes is excluded, including matters that are exclusively related to labor matters that do not generate legal breaches (such as interpersonal conflicts that do not constitute harassment or contract conditions) or complaints relating to the ordinary management of the services provided by the Group's companies (such as, for example, for the location of a shipment), which must be managed through the channels established for this purpose.
