Our Commitment

At Dragados, S.A. and its group of companies (Grupo DRAGADOS), we firmly believe that we are a leading player, independent of the sector in which we work, and we are committed to contributing to the economic and social progress of the countries in which we operate. We maintain a corporate commitment to our diverse stakeholders, based on ethical principles embedded in our corporate culture, which goes beyond compliance with the law.

Our Code of Conduct embodies the essential values of the DRAGADOS Group. Therefore, all the companies that make up it must make decisions and adopt behaviors that are consistent with this Framework. However, because we operate in different jurisdictions, the strictest rules will prevail over our Code of Conduct. However, we will not enforce any local custom that may violate our Code of Conduct.

The DRAGADOS Group's actions are based on the following values: Integrity, Excellence, Trust, Sustainability and Profitability, which guarantee the creation of shared value for all its stakeholders, as well as sustainable and profitable growth for its shareholders. Our behavior always goes hand in hand with our values, as we firmly believe in the benefits for Grupo Dragados and society. And it will be carried out in such a way that complying with them naturally becomes part of our culture.

The DRAGADOS Group Ethics Channel is available to anyone who wishes to report a possible violation in a professional context with the DRAGADOS Group, as well as to all the Group's interlocutors and interested parties.

The DRAGADOS Group Ethics Channel allows complaints to be carried out anonymously. Through the digital platform of the Ethics Channel, the informant can keep in touch with the organization, preserving their identity and following up on their file. However, Grupo DRAGADOS promotes that, in the case of filing a complaint, the informant identifies himself by providing his name, function and contact details. In this way, the staff responsible for processing it can contact the reporting person to follow up if necessary. And, at the same time, Grupo DRAGADOS believes that this is the best way to prove its Non-Retaliation Policy in the face of a good faith complaint.

All members of the organization and interested parties who have knowledge or well-founded suspicion of a non-compliance are encouraged to report it through the different communication channels, at the choice of the informant, described in the DRAGADOS Group's Ethical Channel Operation Policy. Doing so is a sign of commitment and respect for our values. Likewise, you are informed of the existence of external information channels enabled by competent authorities, such as the Independent Authority for the Protection of Whistleblowers, A.A.I.

The information you provide to us will be managed completely confidentially and anonymously, if you so desire. You have our commitment that your comments will be taken into account.
