ETHICS CHANNEL
The Ethics Channel is the Sacyr Group's preferred channel for making inquiries or sending communications about possible breaches of our Code of Ethics and Conduct, as well as possible violations of regulations applicable to our activity.
Communications are always confidential and may also be anonymous if you choose to do so. All communications received will be analysed in detail and we will ensure that there are no reprisals of any kind against those who make them in good faith, respecting at all times the rights of the people who contact us.
The Ethics Channel is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
What happens after sending the communication?
The Regulatory Compliance Unit shall acknowledge receipt of the communication within 7 calendar days after receiving it. The maximum period for completing the investigation will be 3 months, except in cases of greater complexity, which may reach a maximum of 6 months. After analyzing the information provided, the Unit may:
Matters that relate exclusively to employment matters without generating legal breaches (such as personal conflicts not constituting harassment, events related to promotion in the workplace, hiring conditions, etc.) or complaints relating to the ordinary management of the services provided by the Sacyr Group are excluded from the scope of application.
