REPORT BREACHES OF BEHAVIOR
La Fageda Fundació is an organization that is guided by legality and ethical principles, and we have a Code of Conduct. This code is designed to establish the guidelines that should govern the behavior of all people who are part of the project La Fageda. We show our willingness and commitment to do things correctly, and it aims to be a valuable tool to help us make the best decisions for our organization.
La Fageda values that its members of the organization, contractors, subcontractors or suppliers can report any breach or risk of breach of the Code of Conduct and internal or external regulations that develops it, as well as serious or very serious administrative infractions or criminal wrongdoing in accordance with law 2/2023, 20 February, regulating the protection of persons reporting on regulatory infringements and anti-corruption. This channel is managed by the Compliance Officer.
With the aim of facilitating this process, La Fageda Fundació has implemented this channel. All communications made will be treated confidentially and the possibility of being anonymous will be guaranteed.
We have established a secure communication space to guarantee the full protection of all interactions between the parties involved and the absence of retaliation against the communicating person, in accordance with the principle of good faith and based on reasonable indications. Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with current regulations on data protection and the identity of the sender will be preserved. We have drafted and approved a Policy establishing the use and treatment of this channel.
What facts can be reported?
It is not a channel designed to make inquiries, or report complaints and/or incidents of product that already has its own channel of customer service.
