The communication channel has been created due to our University's commitment to complying with its Code of Conduct and other applicable regulations, including, notably, Law 2/2023 of February 20th, which regulates the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.
What information is processed through this channel?
Through this channel, you can submit reports about actions or omissions committed within the scope of the University's activities and responsibilities that may constitute criminal or administrative offenses, whether serious or very serious, including information about possible suspicions of fraud, corruption, or undisclosed conflicts of interest.
This channel is not the appropriate means for submitting complaints and suggestions.
Basic usage guidelines:
Please note that all information provided through this channel will be treated confidentially. Additionally, you have the option to make the report completely anonymously.
If you wish to make a new report, please complete the required fields with the information you wish to bring to our attention. Once completed, a reference number will be generated automatically, which you should keep to track the status of the case.
Within a maximum of seven days from the receipt of the report, an acknowledgment of receipt will be sent.
Please note that if you make the report anonymously, you will need to access the system personally to track the case, as you will not receive any communication.
If you wish to check the status of a previously submitted report, you should enter the reference number generated when the case was created.
Protection of personal data:
All personal data derived from your report will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5th, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and other applicable regulations.
We inform you that the data controller is Universidad Pontificia Comillas (c/ Alberto Aguilera, 23, 28015 Madrid), and the purpose of the processing is to manage the reports received through the Communication Channel. The legal basis for the processing is consent and compliance with a legal obligation.
No international data transfers will be made, and the data will be retained for the minimum period required by Law 2/2023.
