Floene - ComunicaÉtica Channel


Floene has a whistleblowing channel ComunicaÉtica, to report on any infractions to the Ethics Code and to internal rules, as well as law violations in accordance with Law No. 93/2021 of December 20, which approves the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers of Infractions. Any stakeholder, internal or external, can use this channel.

The complaints are confidential, and you may indicate your name and contact, or can also be completely anonymous.

All complaints are treated in a confidential and secure manner by Floene.

This channel should not be used to submit commercial complaints, doubts, or suggestions. If you wish to submit a commercial complaint, or have any commercial question, you can do so through Customer Support or the Electronic Complaints Book

Here, you can make a complaint to the Ethics Committee or a follow-up on a previous complaint. The follow-up on your case may be relevant for various reasons:
1.    You may want to check the status of your report to see if any actions are being taken.
2.    You may want to provide additional information related to your report.
3.    System administrators may have requested additional information from you 

After submitting the report, you will be provided with a unique password. Please remember to save it so that you can, at any time through this channel, track the status of your report, seek clarifications, and provide relevant additional information.
