Whistleblowing Channel (HappyOrNot Oy) - External Partners
HappyOrNot as a company is committed to high standards of ethics, integrity, accountability, sustainability and compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. We believe in transparency and corporate responsibility.
As an External Partner, if you become aware or you have grounds to reasonably believe that there is/are a violation(s) of law, rules, regulations and the like, or company's policies - you can use this channel to report it.
Reporting of violations of law and/or company's policies.
Through this page, you can submit information about reprehensible matters of violation of law or report actions that are unethical, illegal or in violation of company's (HappyOrNot's) policies. The system is to be used to bring matters to light that would not otherwise have come to light.
Choose appropriate department and method
While making a report, please choose the appropriate department, i.e., regarding whom the report is made (HappyOrNot's Employees (EMEA)or HappyOrNot's Management Team (Global)). It is also possible to submit the report through the system orally. Upon request from the Whistleblower, in-person meeting can be arranged to report and/or discuss the matter.
Confidentiality and Security
All reports are treated securely and confidentially. Only authorised personnel (committee) have access to the report(s).
Centralised external reporting channel – the Office of the Chancellor of Justice (Finland).
In cases where:
1) the organisation (HappyOrNot Oy) doesn't have the internal whistleblowing reporting channel or the whistleblower hasn't been given the opportunity to report through the internal whistleblowing channel;
2) the whistleblower has a justified reason to believe that the necessary measures have not been taken within the stipulated by the law deadlines;
3) the whistleblower has a justified reason to believe that the reported violation can't be effectively dealt with based on the internal report; or
4) the whistleblower has a justified reason to believe that the whistleblower is in danger of being retaliated against as a result of whistleblowing;

From this page you are able to make a new secure report or follow up on an existing report.
Following up on your reports can be relevant for numerous reasons:
1) You wish to see the status of your report, to check if action is being taken.
2) You wish to provide additional information to your report.
3) The authorised personnel (committee) has requested additional information from you to help them resolve the issue or take the appropriate action(s).
