Law no. 93/2021, of December 20, established the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers of Infringements - RGPDI, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report violations of Union law.
Esri Portugal is governed by principles of respect and professional ethics that must, in all circumstances and in all places, inspire the behaviors of its employees, suppliers and partners.
In this Channel, you can report condemnable situations or report unethical actions or that violate Esri Portugal's internal policies, which by their content, otherwise, would not be revealed.
Complaints can be made confidentially, indicating the name and contact information or, if you wish, 100% anonymous.
All enquiry requests are handled confidentially and securely.
How to create a report:
1. Select the “create new report” option
2. Follow the instructions and fill out all the requested fields
3. Select the “submit” option
4. After submitting the report, make sure that you save the access code
You can use the access code to follow up on a report that you have already submitted. The follow-up of the report may be relevant for several reasons:
1) You may want to check the status of the report and become aware of the actions taken.
2) You may want to provide additional information about the report.
3) The complainant has requested additional information to help you resolve the problem or take appropriate action.
