WHISTLEBLOWER CHANNEL

The whistleblower channel is the preferred channel open to all stakeholders in the Eugin Group for making queries or sending in submissions regarding possible breaches of our Code of Ethics, as well as possible breaches of regulations applicable to our business.

What can be reported?

The whistleblower channel can be used to report any possible irregularities, non-compliance or behaviour contrary to the code of ethics, including the following: 

• Abuse of power, discrimination or workplace or sexual harassment.
• Accounting and financial irregularities, money laundering or fraud.
• Insider trading.
• Corruption, bribery or irregularities in public tenders.
• Conflict of interest.
• Safety, health and environmental violations.
• Failure to protect personal data and confidentiality.
• Other unethical conduct.

What should not be notified through this channel?

• The channel is not intended for patient complaints, suggestions or claims of a nature other than those mentioned above. For any of these situations please fill in the contact form on your clinic website or call your clinic patient service telephone number.
• The scope of application of this channel does not include matters that are exclusively related to labour-related issues without generating legal breaches (such as personal conflicts that do not constitute harassment, facts related to promotion in the workplace, hiring conditions, etc.). In these cases, please contact your clinic's Human Resources department.

Whistleblower safety:

The compliance committee is responsible for managing any complaints that may be submitted regarding possible breaches of the code of ethics through the whistleblower channel.

All communications are always confidential, and may also be anonymous if you so choose. Every submission received will be analysed in detail and we shall ensure that there will be no reprisals of any kind against those who make them in good faith, respecting at all times the rights of the people who contact us.
