The f!lmpalast- Whistleblower- Channel

Employees are often the first to recognise grievances or criminal offences and can use their information to ensure that they are uncovered, investigated, prosecuted and prevented. Whistleblowers assume responsibility for society and our company and therefore deserve to be protected from any disadvantages that could threaten them because of their report and deter them from reporting.

We as the Filmpalast management recognise and guarantee the necessary protection for whistleblowers. To this end, we have introduced a whistleblower system through which information can be reported to us in a protected manner, anonymously if desired. All reports are treated as strictly confidential and worthy of protection and are documented in a traceable manner via a ticket number.

You can submit information about well-founded suspicions, knowledge of actual or potential violations and attempts to conceal such violations that have already been committed or are very likely to occur. In addition, you can report unethical behaviour or behaviour that violates internal guidelines as well as other reportable offences such as theft, discrimination or fraud.

You can read more about the whistleblowing legislation in EU here.

Here you can read about what you should know before submitting a report.
