Communication can be done confidentially by indicating contact information or, if preferred, anonymously. All information and/or documentation provided will be treated under the highest standards of confidentiality.

In no case should the Whitleblower Channel be used to make malicious, unfounded or lacking evidentiary elements notifications.

The filing of a notification implies, after its classification and acceptance, its receipt by the corresponding collegiate body, which will analyze its content, determine the existence of reasonable evidence that supports it and, in such case, will initiate an investigation to determine the measures that need to be adopted, including possible sanctions.
