CONSTANT GROUP Ethical Channel
Welcome to GRUPO CONSTANT's Ethics Channel, a mechanism for reporting possible breaches based on the protection of people who report regulatory and anti-corruption violations.
What can you communicate through the Ethics Channel?
- Any breach of the Code of Ethics or other internal regulations, processes and controls that make up GRUPO CONSTANT's Compliance System.
- Any violation of current legislation.
- Any contingency that could pose a risk to GRUPO CONSTANT's reputation.
What guarantees does the Ethical Channel offer?
- Confidentiality guarantee: GRUPO CONSTANT guarantees that (i) the identity of the people who make a communication; (ii) the identity of any other person affected or mentioned in the communication; and (iii) the actions carried out will be confidential and cannot be revealed or communicated to unauthorized persons.
- Anonymity: communications can be made anonymously, that is, without the need to identify yourself.
- Prohibition of retaliation: CONSTANT GROUP will not adopt any kind of retaliation or negative consequences against people who make a communication in good faith.
- Diligent and impartial communication management: the communication will be processed in accordance with the requirements of Law 2/2023, in an objective manner and avoiding possible situations of conflicts of interest.
- Right to communicate by means of a face-to-face meeting with the Head of the Ethics Channel: it must take place within a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days from your request. In any case, the face-to-face meeting must be documented (i) by means of a recording of the conversation or (ii) by means of a complete and accurate transcript of the conversation. You can listen to the recording and/or verify, rectify and accept, by signature, the transcript of the conversation.
