Through this page you can access the internal reporting channel of Harper Collins Italia S.p.A. (the Company), prepared in accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023.
As an employee or other authorized person, you can report wrongdoing or claim to have a reasonable suspicion of it.
Reporting wrongdoing
Through this page, you can send information on misbehavior or report significant illegal conduct in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001 or violations of the Organization, Management and Control Model adopted by the Company pursuant to the aforementioned Decree. The platform must be used to bring to light issues that would not have come to light otherwise.
The report can be sent confidentially indicating the name and contact details or, if you prefer, completely anonymously.
All communications are treated securely and confidentially.
Following your reports may be relevant for the following reasons:
you want to know the status of your report to verify that action is being taken;
you want to provide additional information about your report;
the report manager has requested additional information to help resolve the issue or to take appropriate action.
You will receive a first response to your report within 7 (seven) days of it and a subsequent response within 3 (three) months.
