The Whistleblower Channel is made available to informants who work in the private or public sector and who have obtained information about violations in a work or professional context, in the terms provided for in article 3 of Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and violations against corruption.
Anonymity
The informant may choose to make the communication confidentially (indicating the name and contact information) or, if desired, in a 100% anonymous way.
All communications are guaranteed to be treated confidentially and securely.
Bad faith reporting
Law 2/2023 establishes that communicating information knowing it to be false will be considered a very serious infringement, carrying with it the imposition of fines ranging from 30,001 to 300,000 euros.
HR-related matters
Matters relating to interpersonal conflicts should not be communicated through this system, but should be dealt with the HR department.
