J.Lindeberg Whistleblower Channel

If you as an employee, intern, job seeker or another work-related context have received information about serious misconduct within J.Lindeberg, you can use our whistle-blower service to report confidentially and if you wish, anonymously. Examples of misconduct may involve things that are contrary to Swedish law and EU law, such as financial irregularities or corruption, but also such things as internal breaches of policies and guidelines that can be deemed to be of great public interest.


With the support of the whistle-blower law, you can report serious misconduct without risk of reprisals. J.Lindeberg uses external actor, itm8, to ensure impartial handling and to be able to give you as a whistle-blower the opportunity to be completely anonymous.


As a whistle-blower, you do not need to ha evidence for your suspicion, but all reports must be submitted in good faith for you to be covered by the law’s protection.

  1. You want to see the status of your report, to see if actions are taken.
  2. You want to provide additional information in your report.
  3. Investigators have requested additional information from you so that they can resolve the issue or take appropriate action.
