The Integrity Channel provides you a secure and confidential way to report non-compliance and misconduct related to KOB.

How does the KOB Integrity Channel work?
By clicking “Create a new report” at the bottom of this page a form opens that allows you to make your report. You can choose whether you would like to reveal your identity to us or whether you prefer to report anonymously. In both cases, we will investigate your report. We will not disclose your identity to unauthorized persons without your prior consent.

Instead of filing your report in writing, you can also use the record function to report orally.

Once you have submitted your report, you will receive a unique Case ID. Please keep this Case ID in a safe place and do not share it with anyone. It allows you to access your entered report by clicking the button “Follow up on existing report” at the bottom of this page.

What happens after submitting a report?
You will receive a confirmation of receipt within seven calendar days after your report. Within three months from this confirmation, you will receive feedback on your reported incident. 

Important: Please note that retaliation of any kind against reporting persons who will not be tolerated. In case you perceive any retaliation or other adverse measures which could be connected to your report, please reach out to us.

Follow-up on your report
We recommend to follow-up on your report for the following reasons:

• You can track the status of your report, e.g. further developments or closure

• You might want to add further information you did not mention in your initial report

• You will receive messages from the Compliance team members authorized to process reported cases, e.g. requests to provide additional information needed to investigate your report
