Give information to MDR

If you are in a professional or business context with MDR, you can report possible legal or regulatory violations on this page. This digital whistleblowing system offers a simple, confidential, privacy-compliant and (if desired) anonymous reporting channel that is available 24/7 and is available in German and English.

What happens with my report?

  1. Once submitted to the system, your report will be received by the Compliance Department in MDR. Employees in the Compliance Department are professionally independent and committed to confidentiality.
  2. The Compliance Department processes the report using a standardized process. You will receive a confirmation of receipt in the system within seven days.
  3. After reviewing your report, the Compliance Department will contact you via the encrypted system in case of any queries.
  4. You can check the status of your report yourself at any time. To do so, please be sure to save your password after reporting. You can add more information and ask questions at any time.
  5. Optionally, you can leave an e-mail address in the system after submitting a message. This e-mail address is not visible to MDR. You will then be automatically informed as soon as new information about your submitted report is stored in the system.
  6. The Compliance Department will inform you of the outcome of the clarification of the facts or provide you with an interim status after three months at the latest. This is done to the extent permitted for reasons of confidentiality and data protection.

Where can I find more information?

To help you, we have stored step-by-step instructions, FAQs and data protection information here in the system.
