Minotti S.p.A. undertakes to conduct its business with integrity and in compliance with the law and, in order to disseminate these values, has established a local system for the reception, analysis and management of reports of violations or irregularities pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2023 and EU Directive 1937/2019 concerning the protection of people who report violations of Union law and national regulatory provisions, as well as in compliance with the Whistleblowing Procedure adopted by Minotti S.p.A..
In order to make reports, Minotti S.p.A. makes available this external digital platform, managed by a specialized third party, in order to guarantee the effectiveness and confidentiality of the reporting process, ensuring the protection of people who report violations from any form of retaliation or discrimination.
In the "Policy" section you can find all the information regarding who can report, how to report, what can be reported, how reports are managed and what protection measures are guaranteed.
In the "Personal data protection" section, all the information relating to the processing of personal data that will be provided by making the report is available.
In the "Guide for reporting" section you will find a short video and a short handbook on how to report via the platform.
Please note that the reporting channel cannot be used by the reporter for purely personal purposes, for commercial requests, complaints or claims. In case of groundless whistleblowing disclosures, made in bad faith or with gross negligence, Minotti S.p.A. reserves the right to act in defence of its own interests or damaged parties.
