Welcome to the notification channel of OHLA ŽS, a.s.

Through this notification channel, you can report in good faith any possible infringement or suspicion of them pursuant to Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers (the “Act”) that occurred during the performance of work or other similar activity.

You may make a notification in writing or orally, in confidential mode, indicating your name, surname and date of birth, or anonymously. However, in the case of anonymous notifications, we cannot guarantee the protection granted by law unless your identity is subsequently revealed. In order to properly investigate the notification, it is appropriate to provide the person concerned with the maximum possible information and evidence regarding the possible infringement.

After submitting the notification, you will be assigned a unique access code and you will then be able to follow the “Continue with existing notification” link to monitor the progress of your notification, provide additional information and communicate with the relevant person in order to properly investigate the notification. Save this unique code and if you also provide your email address, you will be able to receive messages about the change in the status of your notification.

Your case will be assigned to the appropriate person who will be responsible for communicating with you through a secure notification channel, assess the notification submitted and, if they find it justified, propose remedies. Your notification will be treated with maximum confidentiality according to the law. Your identity will be protected and will not be disclosed by the relevant person. Information about your identity may only be provided with your prior consent, unless the relevant person is obliged to provide this information to the relevant public authorities under other legislation, which you will be informed in advance.

The announcement must always be made in good faith. Only in this case, the company guarantees protection against retaliation triggered by the announcement. If you make a knowingly false notice, civil and/or criminal measures may be applied against you or you may be fined for this offence.

This internal notification channel can be used for reporting of possible infringements or suspicions of them by employees of OHLA ŽS, a.s. organizational zložka and other persons pursuant to Act No. 54/2019 Z.z. on the protection of notification of protispoločenskej activities.
