The whistleblowing channel allows you to report anonymously. However, you are encouraged to provide your name and/or contact details so that the report can be processed in the best possible way.
Reports submitted through this whistleblowing channel will be handled in accordance with the Pareto Securities' whistleblowing policy and procedures.
As administrator of the whistleblowing channel, Advokatfirmaet Wiersholm AS will make an initial assessment of the content of the report, including whether the report constitutes a whistleblower report in accordance with applicable legislation, and provide Pareto Securities our recommendations for further follow-up. If you prefer to be anonymous, you must access the whistleblowing channel to look for responses, as Wiersholm will not be able to contact you directly.
The whistleblowing channel is delivered by an external party, Whistleblower Software. The reporting process is encrypted and protected by a password.
All reports are treated confidentially.
